BPLA invites Advisory Teachers, Leaders, LTI Coordinators and Education Assistants working in BPL contexts to join us for our final Networking opportunity for 2026.
Facilitated by WA Coordinator and Coach Brooke Burns this annual gathering will take place over 2 days, and is designed to highlight and celebrate the success of BPLA across WA.
Program:
Day One: Monday 7th December (9am – 3pm) - The year that was…
- Checking in with each other
- Sharing our stories – we ask each school to prepare a short presentation (20 mins) to share with the group which highlights and celebrates success in their context.
- What are we noticing? Opportunities to push further in.
Day Two: Tuesday 8th December (9am – 3pm) - Relationships, Relevance, Rigour
Day Two offers an opportunity to explore BPL through the lens of ‘Relationships, Relevance and Rigour’ by:
- workshopping the core practices associated with these.
- working in small groups to identify gaps in practice.
- developing ideas for enhanced implementation in 2027.
Morning tea and lunch will be provided.
